Job Description;

Field Integrated Marketing Associate;
A Field Integrated Marketing, the objective is supporting coordination for integrated marketing customer-facing activities in the Europe area, aligned to defined priorities, strategies, and programs and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are followed.

Responsibilities

- Assists in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. Coordinates with local teams, including IMMs (Integrated Marketing Managers), GTM (Go-To-Market Managers), Business Operations and Marketing Coordinators.
- Contributes to report and analyze customer marketing metrics, assist with the creation of reports and analyses of marketing activities delivery and spend, as well as customer engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners.
- Assists with orchestrating and completing work needed across area and local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings, based on CMO Leadership Team directions. Including Calendar management, communication channels management and travel arrangements coordination.

Core Tasks;
- Coordinating and supporting the management of the teams rhythm of business and engaging with key stakeholders
- Curating team communication channels, designing and releasing team updates on relevant internal channels
- Supporting the Event lead with centralized event calendar and consolidated information and a centralized event execution and alignment with IMMs and Project Execution Leads
- Supporting the CMO Leadership Team in various projects and initiatives, which may include research, data analysis, and liaising with other departments or external partners.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including offsites.

Requirements;
- Minimum 2 years full experience required
